It had everything to be great, but I was put in a room with moldy curtains that only a few days later I realized it made me and my husband sick which is really bad, specially because I'm pregnant. And the phone in the room didn't work, so I asked to be fixed and it never got fixed. Also on my last night when I was moved to another room because of the moldy curtains, I tried watching Netflix and the internet in the room wasn't working. These are my only complains for the place. Breakfast and location were really good.

A equipe do hotel é muito eficiente e foram muito atenciosos, pois reservei para o meu aniversário e não pudemos ir na data por conta do mal tempo e resolveram da melhor forma, alterando a data. A experiência no hotel foi muito agradável, os funcionários educados e atenciosos. O quarto estava limpo e é confortável, no quarto que ficamos em frente ao mar a vista é incrível. O ambiente do hotel é muito bonito, com uma linda piscina, hidromassagem, área de jogos e brinquedos para as crianças, com um bar/cozinha disponível para fazer pedidos, tanto na área de piscina quanto no quarto, tudo limpo e bem conservado. Com certeza iremos retornar.

O local é ótimo, de fácil acesso, o quiosque também é perfeito para quem vai curtir o dia na praia e o hotel em si é maravilhoso. Opções de jogos, piscinas, hidro, sauna e o bar ali é um dos pontos que deixou tudo melhor (principalmente o atendimento dos funcionários, todos muito educados). A piscina do hotel é maravilhosa e mesmo com o tempo não tão bom, estava perfeita! Único ponto é os quartos que possuem cheiro de mofo, creio que pela umidade do ar. Informamos a recepção por conta de termos problemas respiratórios e na mesma hora fizeram a troca de quarto. O café da manhã é bem completo e as funcionárias da limpeza são muuuito educadas. Com certeza voltaria e indicaria a conhecidos ☺️

A experiência foi terrível. O hotel todo precisa de cuidados e reparos. No quarto as paredes estavam sujas, a cortina velha, suja e furada. Havia formigas por todo o quarto, inclusive na cama. O ralo do banheiro estava solto, por onde saia um cheiro muito forte de esgoto. O ralo estava sendo coberto por uma lixeira, que também estava quebrada e sem a tampa. O teto do banheiro com bastante mofo. O salão do café da manhã com aparência suja e a comida nada apresentável. Enfim, oferecer esse tipo de acomodação para os hóspedes é um desrespeito!!! Péssima experiência, não voltaria a me hospedar de forma alguma. Não recomendo

O hotel ja foi uma otima opção, hj peca no café da manhã (suco laranja industrializado), quarto precisa de atenção nos detalhes (pontos de mofo no banheiro), piscina adulto e jacuzzi utilizada por crianças usando fralda.Deveria existir uma fiscalização no local. Enfim, o hotel cresceu em números de quartos e área comum, mas o padrão caiu consideravelmente. Ponto de destaque para a recepção e atenção dos funcionários em geral.
