The apartment is used by the family. We seek to add technology, equipment and necessary utensils, practicality and comfort, cleaning and maintenance, to the details of the decoration with pieces of value for us. Come and enjoy with us the pleasure of a few days in Guaruja !!!
There are 3 bedrooms, one is a suite. Two with queen size bed and one with two bunk beds. Second bathroom in the hall.
Dining room with table with 8 Austrian chairs. Living room with Sony 40 "4K television and blackout curtain on the large glass door leading to the terrace.
The terrace extends in front of all the rooms, but it is wider in the living room, opening a cozy space for aperitifs. The suite has a door to the terrace.
Well equipped kitchen. It has a freezer, refrigerator and dishwasher.
In the service area, washing machine and lockers with ironing equipment. A third, small bathroom serves this area.
We have two covered garages.
The beach service is very good. The pleasant and attentive staff.
