L'hôtel est très bien situé, près de l'aéroport. La chambre était propre et les employés très serviables. Il y a quelques restaurants à proximité, ainsi qu'une excellente boulangerie-pâtisserie....idéal pour le déjeuner, le San Martin. Par contre, j'ai trouvé que c'était un peu brutant en soirée.

The property is fine. Clean rooms. Great black out curtains. The worst part is that it’s hard to sleep there and get rest. One night the club next door was so loud it was hard to sleep until midnight. Then in the morning the housekeeping staff is so loud, they start early in the morning and talk so loudly. Even after asking them to keep it down they continued making excessive chatter. Called the front desk to ask them to keep it down and they began slamming doors. Very disrespectful housekeepers. Stayed at another hotel and it seems in Guatemala the housekeepers in hotels aren’t trained to work quietly.

Best Holiday Inn I've ever stayed in! Really nice. Good restaurant, nice staff. Be patient with the hot water. It'll arrive in a minute or two, and be good thereafter.
