Location:good restaurants and bars within a 4 block radius
I spent 5 nights at this hotel. The Hotel is well located and is part of Westin Camino Real Hotel. The morning breakfast, which is included in the room rate, is good and adequate for the guest. The only recommendations I would make: 1) the room did not have any stationary nor writing pad nor a ballpoint pen when most hotels do so. 2) there was no TV directory of channels; you had to go channel by channel to find out which was the english available one and 3) maid service sometimes would leave a foot towel in the bathroom and sometimes not; you would have to uses other towels to avoid slipping on the floor when you got out of the shower.

Biltmore Hotel
The hotel is simple but efficient and excellently located in Zone 10 which is accessible to walking to shops and restaurants in the area. The beds and its' bedding were very comfortable. My favorite feature was that breakfast starts at 5:30 A.M.! That's a big plus for me since I'm an early riser. -- All in all, our stay was excellent, except for the $15 charge for using internet in the room; however, there was wi-fi in the lobby.

This is not the luxury of other hotels in the area but it is a great deal for the cost and makes next day travel easy with the early breakfast that is included. Great for groups in this regard.
A computer station is on site and WiFi is free in public spaces. You'll find a business center on site. A 24-hour fitness center, multilingual staff, and laundry facilities are also featured at the business-friendly Hotel Biltmore Guatemala. Free self parking is available. You'll have access to the health club at a partner property. This 3.5-star Guatemala City hotel is smoke free.
