CLEAN BED GUARANTEE
All beds are dressed with fresh, luxurious sheets AND fresh bedding/quilts/comforters before EVERY rental! You are guaranteed to have a completely fresh and clean bed!!! You will also find each bathroom stocked with oversized fresh bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and bath mats straight from our laundry office! We started this in 2018 when we took our cleaning in house and created our housekeeping division. We have complete control over our property cleaning and maintenance.

WHAT WE STOCK
As common for vacation rentals in our area, we provide one round of bath soaps, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and toilet paper in the bathrooms. In the kitchen you will find one round of paper towels laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and trash bags. These stocked amenities are intended to get you through the first night. We are not set up like a hotel so we do not provide daily housekeeping or amenity restocking. Please bring the extra items you will need for your vacation.

Fantastic View

My wife and twin sons stayed for the week of the 4th and had a wonderful experience. The condo was clean and comfortable, the view from the balcony was incredible, and as always this location is close to all of the attractions and restaurants that Gulf Shores has to offer. Communication with the property manager was frequent, clear, and helpful. I'd gladly stay here again.

Perfect condo

First time visit to Gulf Shores. Very easy company to rent from, clean and well appointed condo. We loved the two twin beds in the 2nd bedroom for our kids. Amazing views. Easy to get to beach, and the fantastic pool was perfect when we didnt want to hit the beach. The bonus - pool is nicely shaded in the afternoon! We will stay here again.

Great Getaway!

Wonderful views with private balcony. The condo was very clean, updated and spacious. They had everything that you need for a relaxing vacation. The pools are fantastic, but the beach area was small. You need to be up by 6am to get a spot on the beach. We had very little information on the check in process but on-site security helped us out. Overall, this was a wonderful vacation!!

Excellent Condo and Beautiful View

This was the first condo we stayed at that was across the road from the beach. The walkway over the road made the walk to the beach easy. The pool was huge. Plenty of room for everyone. Only downside was tropical storm Crystobal passed the day before we checked in and some plumbing issues in the condo below us which required access through our condo. I would definitely stay here again.

Great family get away!

The listing was not accurate…this property is a hidden gem and undervalued! The view alone makes your stay worth it! Waking up to coffee on the top floor overlooking the beach! The property has 3 pools, 2 jacuzzis, a sauna and a gym with actual weights in it. The property manager was very attentive, professional and kind! I would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway…just not on new years ;-)!

Beautiful property! Condo was comfortable and in a great location! Our view was outstanding! The pools and hot tubs were a great bonus to the ocean! Elevators were running very smoothly!Excellent communication with property manager! If there was a negative, it would be the size of the beach. We had to get up early to save a spot so that there was room. It is a very small strip of beach. However, we used the beautiful pools on the days we didn’t want to get up early! All in all a wonderful vacation property and location!

Beach trip for family

This place was amazing! The views were spectacular! Getting to the beach was easy lots of things to do around besides beach. When we were tired of beach we headed to the pool. They had three pools two hot tubs with a small lazy river. People here are very nice. The condo came with everything you need. Only bring seasonings and extra paper goods. The view from 20 floor was perfect even though you are a cross street you still feel like you’re on beach love ❤️ love my stay will be back next year sweet home Alabama!!! Thanks Crystal towers!

Beautiful condo… My daughter thought the elevators were a little slow but we were up at the top. For some reason I thought it was right on the beach from the Advertising. But still very nice! My only complaint would be all the things you have to do before you check out like taking trash out etc. with the rates we pay… The cleaning should be included at 100%. See you guys next time!

The condo is nice and comfortable and awesome view….however…the management needs a lot of work…we could not get in touch with them 1 time or even saw them on our entire stay….they leave phone number for you to call but they never answer phone and voice mail not set up….and they don’t even answer or acknowledges your texts…..they have construction going on the back of building and you cant find the carts to load things….and couldn’t get in touch with manager either…..we were on the 20 th floor and my daughter and myself with a 4 yr old and 5 yr old it took us 7 trips to take our things up and down this morning in the bad wind…..I would come back but will not until they have better management.

Stay below 10th floor if you dont like heights. We were on the 20th floor and it was scary for just me. The rest of the family loved liked the height. The views however were great from up there.

We had a great time staying at the condo. The only slight problem that we noticed was the elevators were very compacted and slow. All three of them need to be put on the same regulator. It seem like one was on its own schedule and the other two were on a separate one. Someone in room 15 would push both buttons and two elevators would come up to them making it slow for everyone else To get on an elevator.
