Ideally situated just a mile from the beach and close to the heart of Gulfport's downtown Entertainment District, Coastal Pool Retreat is a charming three-bedroom cottage close to the beach, the Mississippi Aquarium, casinos, and numerous shops and restaurants.

Coastal Pool Retreat is the perfect place for a romantic weekend getaway, as well as week-long vacations with the family. Relax on the front porch rocking chairs and catch a Gulf Coast breeze or take a relaxing dip in the private heated pool (available OCT - MARCH). You won't want to leave!

At Coastal Pool Retreat you will find a clean, elegantly decorated space with all the conveniences of home. The kitchen is fully stocked and has what you need to whip up a vacation meal. It is equipped with an oven/stove, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, coffee bar, and all the utensils you will need for preparing meals on days you rather stay in the comforts of home, than eating out at the numerous Gulfport hot spots.

The living room provides a comfortable place to lounge in front of the flat-screen SmartTV. Our bedrooms are a King and Queen with Smart TVs, and the third bedroom has bunk beds.

The large fenced-in backyard boasts a heated pool (for an extra fee) and plenty of seating to sit back and relax or lay out and get a tan.

While at Coastal Pool Retreat you will feel completely at home and never need to leave the property to have a fantastic stay, but if you can tear yourself away, you'll find yourself minutes away from the heart of Gulfport. It has many great restaurants, antique stores, the Mississippi Aquarium, Ship Island Excursions, and much more for you to enjoy, much within easy walking distance.

***Please be aware before booking that seven people is the most that can be on the property. A waiver must be electronically signed for all people on the property. It is not meant for social gatherings. The guest limit will be strictly enforced***

***We have installed exterior security cameras for the safety of guests and property outside of the home. There are no inside cameras.***

***Up to two dogs are allowed for a $150 non-refundable pet fee. Please select that you will be bringing your furry friend(s) when making the reservation or we will need to send an additional payment request after booking***

***The pool can be heated to a comfortable swimming temperature of 82 degrees during your stay for an additional $75 heating fee (available OCT - MARCH). Please let us know at least 24 hours in advance of arrival ***

Coastal Pool Retreat is wonderful. The facilities were spotless and everything we needed was completely furnished even beach towels! All we had to do was unpack and relax in the pool. Chris, the Hospitality Coordinator, was especially helpful. She responded immediately when we had a problem and helped us solved it within minutes. We definitely will be returning in the near future!

Pictures need updating

It was not a bad stay very much enjoyable and the pool is nice really good beach theme but the pictures that are shown need to be updated.The grill in the pictures is not the one there and the grass and weeds was like 2 and half feet tall and the shower barley gave out hot water but not crazy bad. Just needs some yard upkeep it's kinda bad but other than that they stay was enjoyable

Perfect Cottage

This property was clean and well decorated. We had everything we needed to cook, or relax at the pool. It was perfect for my husband and I to have a relaxing weekend, and we could let our little dog out in the fenced in backyard and not worry about his safety. The neighbor hood was quiet, and it’s close to the park and restaurants. This house is adorable, we would definitely stay here again!!!

Overall the stay went well. The location was a little unexpected (we carry anyway ) but had no issues. House was clean, A/C works wonderful and plenty of hot water
 but 1 bathroom for 6 women I didn’t think to look into that amenity until after booking. The inside was very cute and we enjoyed the back porch even though we couldn’t enjoy the pool due to the weather being terrible.

Cozy home not far from beach

Overall our stay was great and was close to the beach. The neighborhood where the house was located was near homes that needed some extra TLC and work, but was very safe. The house itself was very cozy with a lot of charm and character, however there were a few things that could be added such as TV for the kids/ guest room. There was only one room without a TV. Also, the house had a slight musty odor like when a house has been aired out in awhile, or it could have been left by a previous guest, however it could benefit from plug ins or sachets throughout the home. We bought a candle and it helped to get rid of the odor. The kitchen was fully stock and the grill was brand new. The pool was also nice, just wished the temperature in the pool was warmer, but we enjoyed the fact that there were board games to provide entertainment all around. Overall we give this stay 4 stars out of 5.

Nice older home...

The house was a nice older home with modern updates (flooring, appliances, entertainment, with a pool). The family and I absolutely loved the house and location from the beach. The pool was best of all! Bed and bath linens were clean and plentiful. Our only negative was the area around pool and yard in general needed cleaning! The garden hose and skimmer was laying on the ground with no specific place to put away. I fly like it was an accident waiting to happen if someone were to trip over! There were many limbs laying around as well. However, with that being said my family and I would consider this property again in the future!

40th birthday sister getaway

We loved everything about this house!!! Perfection for our trip! From the pool to the back porch, living room, and the spacious bedrooms it was amazing! It is in an older neighborhood but we never felt unsafe and the front landscaping could use a little TLC but thats nothing really to complain about. Will book again!
