Nice home in Halmstad with kitchen
Charming, completely renovated cottage on large property by the Fylleån. In the river you fish for pike, perch and salmon trout. Free fishing along the property boundary. On the four beautiful outdoor terraces you are wonderfully undisturbed, while you also have a beautiful view of the river. In the bathroom, the underfloor heating provides pleasant comfort and from the glazed conservatory you can look outdoors at any time of day. There are several golf courses within a radius of 10 km. The beach of Halmstadt is 11 km away. Beautiful nature with hiking trails in the forest Skedalskogen, at the nearby lake Toftasjön there are noble fish. Biking and hiking trail to Simlångsdalen. From the fishing village Torekov you can take a boat to the nature reserve Hallandsväderö.
