You told me duri g a phone call that there was no free breakfast...i specifically asked the lady at the front desk if we got breakfast with our stay and she said no...we looked for breakfast restuants in hamilton and didnt have much luck thinking we would not get breakfast...Then the morning of breakfast we didn't hurry down to make sure we got there before it was over, we called and asked why they didn't do breakfast and the lady said that we get breakfast but it closed 20 minutes ago. I can't tell you how screwed up up are with what they just said vs what you do....how can i figure out what the rules are when you don't know yourself. .we come here every year and always get treated unkindly and unsatisfactorily

Super friendly staff, great breakfast options for the included breakfast buffet. Only complaints were the use of styrofoam for breakfast, no conditioner, and only 3 pillows on the bed instead of the usual 4 in hotel rooms.

Staying with you guys is always great! You have wonderful staff, great access to the amenities, and the noon checkout doesn't make you feel rushed in the mornings. Just an all-around wonderful hotel.
