The staff. Hands down. The staff made it for us. My husband agrees. Clean, great breakfast, very nice place to stay. But like I said.. THE STAFF.. The two ladies working the desk.... Amazing. Even the pool guy was awesome :D

We’ve stayed here a quite a few times while visiting family in Hamilton. We are always pleased with our stay! Great breakfast, pool & hottub are relaxing and the nightly cookies are a nice touch!

Loved it. The only down fall (which wasnt a big deal) they served the same breakfast everyday so that got boring. But other than that the stay was perfect.
