Blue Horizons is affordable, comfortable, and clean. There is nothing here but beaches within walking distance and a landscape of flowers that scent the night, which warms the soul. At Blue Horizons, we are your "Home away from home" while in Bermuda...We are not a 5 star hotel, but why settle for a mere 5 star when you can have a million overhead for free! There is a 21.5% tax which covers Bermuda Government taxes, cleaning fees and overhead costs already included.
The space
My place is close to nightlife, public transport, the city center, and parks. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).
Guest access
There is a pool, beauty Salon, restaurant and ice-cream shop on site.
Interaction with guests
I will be on site to offer any assistance needed to help make your stay comfortable and pleasant.

There is regular public transportation readily available 1 minute from site. There is a gas station and convenient store and other restaurants nearby

Misleading property listing! Advertised as a guesthouse on the beach with a pool. The beach is across the highway and thru some trees. The pool had no water in it. And the guesthouse is "a house with many guests" per the owner once we arrived and questioned the listing. There are bars on the windows. The large commercial property next door is abandoned. In case there is anything unclear with my review, I do not recommend this property!

Bermuda is a Must Visit Place. Blue Horizon is an excellent place to stay IF IF value is important and you choose to do some of your own cooking. Be aware that Bermuda is VERY expensive. Food, Lodging, most everything. If you choose to go "First Class", do so.
Blue Horizon is an excellent choice if you are comfortable traveling "on your own". Brenda is an outstanding host, and a nice lady. She will offer help and answer your questions.
The accommodations are in a large rambling home build by her father, many years ago, It has been divided into several rentals. Be sure what you want is available with regard to beds, kitchen and such.
Understand the accommodations are Brenda's choice. This is not a motel. The shared courtyard is great for relaxing, coffee/wine, and visiting with fellow guests. All very "low key".
Be aware there are no car rentals in Bermuda. Taxis are expensive. a bus/ferry pass is an excellent choice. Blue Horizon is located on a major bus route, about 15 minutes from Hamilton and within easy reach of everything. Horseshoe Bay Beach is a ten minute bus ride. A MUST.
