This hotel was so bad that you can’t even call it a hotel. It was a “Signature Inn. Hotel” but clearly they lied to just attract people. They also had fake pictures of the hotels looks. The rooms were dirty (pillows, walls, etc), the AC didn’t work, the door lock broke, the shower broke, we had only one towel in each room and 4 people were in each of our rooms. The hotel lobby was also pretty hot. And there was no breakfast. The entire hotel was EXTREMELY horrible.

Front desk talking on blue tooth while checking me in. At times, was unsure if he was talking to me or not. As there is no restaurant, went out for takeout around 530p, came back around 30 mins later to being locked out of the building. After 10 or so minutes, the desk attendant came thru the lobby and let me in. There was no explanation or apology Room VERY uninviting and echoey. Desk but no chair. Coffee maker, but no coffee. 1 brown towel. No handtowel or washcloth. No garbage can in the bathroom. Unsure of cleanliness of room as there was garbage from the last guest on the side table.

Do not go here. This 'hotel' is connected to a homeless shelter and someone was ODing on the sidewalk when we went to check in. It is unsafe, especially for children.

There was police sirens 🚨 all night long! Lots of homeless people around the property. There was no towels in the room. We had to ask for towels and they gave 2 small towels no face clothes no hand towels and no mat for the floor when getting out of the shower. Which when another room flushed their toilet it made the shower super hot to burn! Tv didnt work. No wifi! No breakfast, no coffee in the room. And no iron but they had a ironing board, and fridge smelt discussing and all kinds of greasy stuff in the microwave. Nothing at all like the pictures sadly. I can't even say i get what i paid for because i paid less at motel 6 and got so much better.

This place was so disappointing, we drove 4 hours away to come to a place I would never sleep or stay in. We booked the highest up room with a big bath tub, got told when we arrived it wasn’t available so they gave us a double bed room, no big bath tube room. (We paid extra to get the room we wanted with the big tub) we checked out right after seeing the room. Absolutely disgusting how can you even run a place like this, makes my skin crawl so gross. Needless to say, we drove 4 hours back home the same night.

This location in Hamilton is a very run down part of town. When arriving at the location one of the lg 5 rounded windows was boarded up...not a flower, grass present to adorn to location, just broken up black top with UHaul trucks parked....not even an identifying sign The entrance door was always locked needing to be opened for the inside by a person at the desk. Our key did not unlock the door. The security door was ill maintained as if it had been broken many times. When we checked in and given our key i requested a second key, as there was 2 of us. He indicated that was not possible...i asked again sure that we had not understood each other, but he indicated "he would see"....no second key was given to us. The area off the loby had carpet that was stained and poor lighting; the smell was equal to the cleanliness of the carpet. When we entered the room which was warm, my husband went to turn on the A/C, the metal cover on the controls was not attched, broken off but the A/C worked. The toilet seat attachment in the bathroon was broken so the toilet seat slid off to the side each time we used it...upon examination of the problem the horid pee residue on and around the toilet seat came into clear view along with the urine odor down around the floor of the toilet. The counter & floor corners were uncleaned. The bath tub was Black Mold around the edges, mold along the bottom shower curtain & a couple of big chips un repaired in the tub. The outside of the building looked dilapidated. The first room we got was filthy with stained bedsheets, dirt on the floor and in the bathtub. We requested a different room. The new room had no fridge, a TV that didn’t work, no towels, not even a hand towel! The ice machine didn’t work, and no wifi. We asked for towels 4 times and never got them. The first room smelled like wet dog. The entire inn was run down and sketchy.

A great affordable convenient stay downtown. Close to shopping and the downtown region. The price range is really affordable and the room was your average room, nothing over the top and nothing to complain about. Staff were friendly.
