Hotel is unsafe and not as which one shown in pictures. It’s just cheating and ripping people off. Hotel took my 98 dollars even i told hotel management cancel my booking. And its looks like Expedia helping that hotel to repping people off.

Refrigerator doesn't work properly, light bulbs missing had to ask multiple time and still 2 are missing, no face clothes or face towels just bath towels , only 2 small pillows asked 3 dierwnt times for more pillows had to go but one instead , the price varies from 44 to 80 at any given time.

The area of the property is in the part of HAMILTON where there are the dangers of vehicle break ins. This particular property is used for HOMELESS PEOPLE who can make their monwy in order to stay. There are UNDESIRABLE PEOPLE who stay at this property, and it is used for those who can afford it, when the SHELTERS ARE FULL. For these reasons, I DID NOT CHECK IN...and the manager refused me a REFUND. The management is ***ALWAYS UNAVAILABLE ***.

Not a place for a family. My wife was worried about vagrants and druggies right next door. Staff were good but there is no amenities other than a dated room. Was clean.

It was not clean at all. On the bed there were many stains all on the bed sheet. Hairs and dirt on it. Very unhealthy.

No key for your room is availble so you need to ask the front Desk to open the door for you every time you want to go in and out. The main Hotel door was closed, no body was at the front Desk so you need to call a phone number that is at the door and wait outside for someone to let you come in.

We didn't get a key to our room we had to ask the front desk to use the universal key every time we went in and out. Our room was very dirty. Stained sheets, dirty floors, holes in the bathroom wall. Lightbulb out in bathroom. Tub was dirty. No garbage can. Ice bucket was dirty and when I went to get ice the ice had black specs in it. The parking lot was not plowed so it was almost impossible to get in and out of. Over all not happy with my stay. Wouldn't book again.
