The gentlman at the front desk upon check in was great. He was efficient, knowledgeable, respectful and pleasant. It was such a nice change from the typical disinterested attitude of many today.

Usually there is parking across from the entrance way, but due to the way the building & property was laid out there was no room for parking. It was a different layout, slightly inconvenient if I was handicapped, but yet more appealing to a degree.

Friendly staff and clean with 24 hour coffee available.Close to Chicago and suburbs.Plenty of parking available.When we got to the room soon after the front desk called and asked how the room is and do we need anything. 😊 👍
