"Lazy Loon Cottage" is situated on the scenic east side of KEUKA LAKE in the heart of the FINGER LAKES, a large private lot with a LEVEL LAKEFRONT beach. Once you see the view you will understand why we fell in love with this cottage. This cozy getaway is perfect for relaxing with a glass of wine while enjoying amazing sunrises and the best sunsets you could imagine while taking in Keuka Lake's Bluff Point view with views spanning almost the entire lake in both directions. Located in a private beach community you will quickly understand why they call it Crystal Beach when you see the crystal blue water and amazing lake front beach just steps from the cottage!

Our cottage has just been beautifully remodeled inside and out!

The property is level with only a couple steps from the cottage to the beach. The lake is warm and shallow and is perfect for children. There is plenty of yard space in the front and back for children to play. You are also welcome to use our two Kayaks and Canoe.
Lazy Loon Cottage is conveniently located just down the street within walking distance of two great wineries and a short drive to other wineries and breweries in the area. Also located close by to great restaurants that you can drive or boat to!

This cottage is great for vacationing during all four seasons. Central heating/ AC system for the entire cottage will keep you warm during your fall and winter stays and cool during the summer. Come spend the Fall at our cottage and enjoy the colorful fall leaves while wine tasting at all the local wineries, sipping your favorite micro brew at the many area breweries, or just relaxing. The Lazy Loon Cottage is the perfect fall or summer retreat!

*We had a very successful listing with a previous cottage on a nearby lake and decided that Keuka Lake was where we ultimately wanted to be. We are excited to share our brand newly remodeled cottage looking over the best part of the lake! Our goal is to make sure your vacation is an amazing experience!

Very clean-great view!
This property was very clean and comfortable! The view from the deck was outstanding and we loved that it was very close to the lake. The location was great and was close to a lot of great wineries/breweries that we visited during our stay. I will say that I did make the mistake of not reading all the way through the amenities list and did not realize that the house did not come with towels/washcloths or bed sheets/pillowcases, so just make sure to bring those with you when staying here! Overall we had a great experience and would love to come back again!!

Perfect Finger Lake Vacation Spot
My husband, our dog ZZ and I thoroughly enjoyed our 5 day stay at Lazy Loon Cottage. Everything was just as described and Adam was a wonderful and responsive host! We heard the loons, enjoyed sunsets every evening, loved the lake when calm or even not so calm, and it was the perfect pivot spot to visit the many wineries in the area…including a couple within walking distance. We cooked dinners in a few nights and just enjoyed the firepit, lake, sunset, and streaming our fave shows on TV. We will definitely return!

Bright and airy with a great view
We have stayed at a number of VRBO rentals and this was certainly one of the nicest. View was fabulous. Rental amenities were excellent. Very tastefully decorated. Nearby dining and wineries presented many opportunities. Verns Bakery is a must. This is beautiful area of NYS and shouldn't be overlooked.
