Loft room was a pleasant surprise. Spacious and modern. Great to unwind with the family after a long day of walking around West Lake. The location isn’t the best for access to the lake. Breakfast and lounge were also really great. Would recommend if you plan on staying several days.

It was an amazing stay in canopy by Hilton. The service and cleanliness were tip top! One of the cleaner actually helped me to fold my clothes, it’s my first encounter with such detailed cleaning, I gave her a tip for such amazing initiative .I didn’t like the breakfast buffet it is disappointing.

Hotel is good. But, the address on the hotels.com and the real location is different. In the app, hotel is located just nearby the west lake, but actual location is 2 blocks away from the west lake. It made me confusing when I find the hotel.

The hotel is very modern, the room is very spacious. There is even Robert room service! Very convenient location. But there is an overnight bar across the street and it can get really noisy in early mornings. The car honks, people talking and laughing, woke me up every night.

Really nice room and stylish - really glad we choice this hotel after climbing Huangshan. Staff are not as helpful we were would like but luckily I speak Chinese. Room service options not great but I suppose not many people use this option and it’s probably not encouraged since menu was only available on the TV and you need WeChat to order.
