Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

This place is adorable. It has a great balcony, though not much of a view. We enjoyed the location a lot- just about a 10 min walk to the lake. Close to Hoa Lo prison and the Women’s museum. Getting to the room was a bit complicated late at night, but the instructions were very clear so there was no issue. Our host also helped us book some extra activities, and was very responsive. I loved this unique place.

We had an absolutely amazing time here. The house was spacious and spotless, with great décor and crisp bed sheets. The staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble.
