Perfect hotel for solo travellers - it’s really close to the old quarter, the staff are really friendly and give loads of advice on the local area. The hotel is really clean and they allow you to store your bags before or after your stay which was a lifesaver!

I stayed here on my recent trip to Hanoi and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a hotel near the Old Quarter. The location is ideal and gives you a chance to enjoy local scenery while being close enough to the action of the tourist center of town. I also have to say that the staff here is amazing. Super friendly and helpful with almost anything you might need. Definitely take them up on their restaurant recommendations as they were probably some of my favorite local restaurants to eat at while I was in town!

A fantastic location on a quiet street in the Old Quarter. Our room's balcony was level with the railroad train station. One of the highlights was waving and interacting with the passengers. The staff were fluent in English and very helpful in giving advices and arranging tours for us.

Small boutique hotel with amazing service and 24hr front desk. They also offer travel agency services like day trip options to Sapa, Ha Long bay, or Ninh Binh. Everything about this hotel was wonderful. The room was very comfortable and always extremely clean. The view of the train from my window was amazing. The location is great -- at the edge of old town which means everything is a short walk away, but it is a place where you can actually rest and relax. The most incredible part of my stay were the people. The front desk staff and everyone was so friendly and helpful, it's hard to do them justice in a review. They helped me with my room, my travels within Hanoi, and my travels outside Hanoi. They gave the best advice, and made my stay so much better. Thank you for everything! I will definitely stay at La Cascada next time I'm in Hanoi.
