The staff are amazing,great service, served as a base for our stay in northern vietnam and nothing was a problem for them. Rooms are clean, and the deluxe room is worth the extra money. The service alone was worth every penny.

Staff here were all very nice and helpful. Even when we already checked out traveling to other spots like Sapa and Ha Long Bay and came back here as a spot to transit for the next stop, staff of the hotel welcomed us to go into the lobby even though we were not checking in that day, offered us a free shower and even treated us the breakfast. We were surprised but deeply touched seeing how warm and friendly people here. We highly recommend Lotus boutique Hotel to all travelers who are visiting Hanoi!

Great place. Excellent and very amicable service, very comfortable rooms and convenient location in the old quarter. They even had the courtesy to give a complimentary cake to my friend for its birthday. Great place to stay in a city where good accommodation doesn't come easy.
