What this hotel really stands out is its staff friendliest and they are eager to help. Ms Jennie, Ms Celina, Mr ba and Mr Jimmi tried their best to help and please you. Our family wanted to taste "banh cuon" but the restaurant is a bit far for some members of my family so they arranged Mr. Ba to pick up the food and brought it back to the hotel for us. They also brought out plates, cutlery and prepare some juices for us. What a service!!! We will definitely stay at this hotel again.

Amazing location, just a few steps to Hoan Kiem lake. Everything is just around, very close to the hotel: night market, convenient stores, banks, souvenir shops, restaurants. The hotel is located in the busy street but quiet enough at night for a good sleep. We liked it a lot! We both had a room with balcony, absolutely beautiful and perfect, compared with other hotels in the Old Quarter. The room was so clean and tidy, beautiful decor. They made up the room every day. The laundry service is so cheap. There is a lift in the hotel as well! All staffs were very friendly and helpful, we quite trusted them. Especially big thanks to Ms Jennie, she did a very great job. She and her team made us feel the hotel just like our home. We could leave our luggage at the hotel during the days when we went away, that was absolutely excellent. We have stayed at many hotels in Hanoi (mainly in this area) and Royal Palace is the best.

This is my 3rd stay at this hotel, which I now call home. You know you're home when the wifi automatically connects you before you're even in the door! Mrs Celina and her team are fantastic...they treat you like royalty and go out of their way to make your stay a memorable one. Breakfast is made to order, pkus there is a selection of ready to eat fare as well. i love this place! The rooms are all good size and clean as a whistle, the bed is comfy and it's quiet! Fantastic location in the Old Quarter...do yourself a favour and stay here.
