Pros: The service was subpar! The staff went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of. Cons: The rooms are dated. We did not get the room we booked. Our room smelled like drainage and there were unexpected critters running around. The ac did not turn on. We give it a 3 out of 5. It has potential to be even better!

Lovely staff, charming hotel in great location
I spent two nights here with my family. We had 3 rooms total. The staff is lovely and very helpful. They arranged tickets for us to two events and a tour to Halong Bay, all of which were very good. The breakfast is included with the room and provides a wide selection. Very good. Highly recommend this hotel

Amazing hotel, amazing service and great location! The balcony room was so nice and clean, very quiet in central location and nice showers and comfy bed. Jimmy, Alex and Max - these guys made our stay at this hotel so good
