There are many reasons why we loved this hotel, however one of the main reasons was because of the people who work here. All the staff at the hotel are absolutely fantastic! I have never experienced such amazing and attentive service! Special mention to Da who throughout our stay made us feel very welcome and at home.

I recently stayed at the Hanoi Royal Premium Hotel for 3 nights. This was my first trip to Hanoi and I was very happy with this hotel. The location is excellent for those wanting to be in the old quarter, you can easily walk to most of the tourist sites. The staff was excellent during my stay, they are always willing to help and make recommendations on things to do. The hotel is very close to Hoan Kiem Lake, on Sunday evenings the area around the lake is closed to traffic and you can join to locals enjoying the park and the night market. Overall, if you are looking for a very solid hotel in the heart of the Hanoi Old Quarter I would recommend the Hanoi Royal Premium Hotel.

The staff at Hanoi Royal Premium Hotel friendly and do a wonderful job. The welcome drinks are a delight and the information they provide about the area and hotel facilities is very helpful. Room is spacious, neat and tidy. The breakfast has a good selection to choose from. Hotel is just a short walk to the Hoan Kiem Lake and water puppet show. Would come back again and recommend to all who visit Hanoi.

This hotel is fan! It is in a super location and minutes from the lake. We stayed over a weekend when the road around the lake is closed off to traffic and you can stroll without fear of motorised vehicles, particularly scooters. The staff (especially Da) gave us a warm welcome and drinks on arrival. On our second day the hotel moved us up 3 floors to another room that was bigger and would apparently suit us better. Nothing more to pay and we would have been fine in the other room, they just wanted to improve our comfort which was very nice of them. We would recommend and return to this hotel time and again. It's a gem

This hotel offers a quiet refuge in the heart of the noise, lights and vibrant energy of the old quarter of the city. The attention that staff gives guests makes this an exceptional hotel particularly for tourists. I've stayed at plenty of 5 star luxury hotels with extremely attentive staff but in environments where you would feel uncomfortable dressing like a tourist. It is unusual to find the kind of hotels that are comfortable for tourists but also provide such attentive individual service. I booked two tours through the hotel chain's travel agency prior to arrival. It was very easy to book the trips and I was able to ask questions and receive quick responses by email. I went to Halong Bay on a group tour that was very enjoyable and then to Ninh Binh on a private tour that was also very enjoyable. I was also able to arrange for hotel pickup. I very much appreciated being able to handle all of these requests through the hotel's website. My room was very comfortable. The hotel supplied plenty of free bottled water. The buffet at breakfast offered lots of western and Vietnamese foods as well as made to order eggs. The front desk was also helpful in making reservations for other restaurants.

We made a reservation for the deluxe twin room for two nights and enjoyed a free upgrade to the family room. The staff were extremely attentive and friendly - especially Anna, who took the initiative to arrange for late check-out for us. Breakfast was a great spread and the location was superb. I cannot recommend this hotel enough! Will definitely be back if I visit Hanoi again.

My parents and I had a fantastic stay in this hotel! All staff members were immediately extremely accommodating and friendly to us - we were greeted with drinks and snacks during check-in and greeted every day both on our way out and in during our stay (Da in particular stood out to us - he made an effort to learn all of our names and always used them when greeting us). The breakfast buffet was the best we had during our trip throughout Vietnam (which also included stops in Hoi An and Hue).

Look no further, book this hotel now! My husband and I are on our honeymoon and spent our first night in Hanoi at this amazing hotel. From the moment we arrived, we received the best service from the most friendly and accommodating staff. The hotel is situated in a prime location in the Old Quarter and is walking distance from the best restaurants, shops, and bars. The breakfast here was so delicious. The room is very comfortable. Welcome to hanoi. After first problems with the taxi drivers in hanoi we arrived at our hotel. We were warmly received and welcomed. We got a room which fulfilled our wishes. The service at the reception has to be praised here explicitly. An unbelievably nice lady brought us to our room and made a great plan for us on a city map. Whether coffee, food or drink - it was great. I will definitely come again, then with my partner. Of course in the same hotel. Full score greetings from Berlin.

Had a great stayed at Royal Premium in Aug. Staff couldnt do enough and everything was perfectly organised. We booked the indulgence package and went to Halong Bay on a cruise, and cannot rate this experience highly enough. Everything about the organisation of this package from booking to arrival was perfect and easy. The location of the hotel was also great for a first time visit to Hanoi being close the old town, lake and french quarter. The restaurant at the hotel was also wonderful. Highly recommend it.

The staff were excellent providing top quality service and taking the time and making the effort to get to know you and what you need. Ideal location in the old quarter close to the Hoan Kiem lake easy walking access to restaurants and bars. Couldn't be more helpful in arranging trip to Halong bay (excellent two day one night) and flight and transfer to Hue. Buffet breakfast also excellent.

We stayed for two nights early in June with our 4 year old, and really enjoyed our stay at the Royal Premium hotel. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, especially when our son was feeling poorly one day. The rooms are great and have everything you need for a city break, and the food in the restaurant is excellent. We’d definitely recommend and would stay again if we’re in Hanoi.
