I booked room with breakfast but once I arrived came down for breakfast but I was informed I booking didn't include breakfast very disappointing I very rarely went down after hearing that I opted too eat out very disappointing

Good location but didnt get the welcome drink it said I would so assumed that the coke in the mini fridge was it but then just ended up being charged for the coke. So you dont get a welcome drink and the beds are rock soild - so uncomfortable to sleep

Disappointed

Disappointed as i was expecting better Service and breakfast from inaccurate reviews. Taxi driver from airport couldn't find the location of the hotel and dropped us nearby. We took another taxi from there and this second taxi driver couldn't find the hotel too. Beer from some of the neighborhood shops charged almost double the price compare to shops in the old quarter.

Stayed one night stopover at Reykjavik. Happy with the guesthouse, and good location to eating places and museums.

以前泊まって気に入ったホテル。 しかし、首題通りリピートは無いと思う。 ・場所 ハノイ駅から徒歩10分で、主要バス停も近くにある。前はフードエリアなる飯屋街。 ・部屋 この広さなら問題無し。 バスタオルは取替えて欲しいな。 エアコンも総取替えすべき。 ・サービス 朝食付きでは無くなった上にボトルサービスも無し。コレは魅力半減以下。 ・総合 他にも朝食付きで少しだけ高いホテルあるのでそっちの方がお得。

We had a lovely quiet, spacious room. It had everything you need: a comfy bed and pillow, a warm duvet, heating, tv, wardrobe, table and chairs and a desk. All tastefully decorated. There is a lift and a small cafe downstairs and although I never tried them, the cinnamon buns smelled amazing.

Hotel uden en masse trafikstøj

Et fint hotel lige midt i et godt område med masser af spisesteder og butikker. Udvalget af morgenmad er ret begrænset, men det man kan få er godt - jeg fik flute med scramble egg, frugt, et glas juice og god sort kaffe hver dag i de 14 dage, jeg boede der.
