We stayed here after a few days in the Old Quarter - while still a busy area it was not as chaotic. The room/bed was comfortable and the staff very helpful. The breakfast was good and the manager offered breakfast pho one morning. We had an early departure to get to Sapa and the staff prepared a meal for us to take on the bus - great service!
