We had a wonderful stay at the L’Signature hotel this past week while visiting Hanoi. Our room was clean, comfortable and very nice amenities. The location near the lake allowed us to walk to many of the sights around the Old Quarter making our stay more enjoyable! We also enjoyed interacting with the staff, they were very friendly and most helpful when we were planning our trip to Ha Long Bay. Our flight home was late at night and they allowed us to store our luggage for the day and also access the spa to freshen up after a long day of sightseeing. Thank you very much for the wonderful experience!!

Very impressed with the service, the staff give tips on places to go & things to do, they remembered our names and previous conversations and really tried to make the stay memorable. They even decorated the room for my partners birthday. Would absolutely stay again.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. They even helped us purchase some items online and have them delivered to the hotel. Everything is within walking distance. They organise our tours and transfer to the airport. Highly recommended.

Couples stay in Hanoi

We had a lovely stay in L’Signature Hanoi. The staff were welcoming and friendly. We had a gorgeous balconette room that had all the amenities we needed. The onsite restaurant Luna was great. We ate dinner the first night and it was delicious. We also were treated to live music on the rooftop first and last night there, a perfect way to start and end our trip. The breakfast buffet was honestly the most beautiful buffet we’ve seen. And you can order eggs or pho however many you like. The location of L’Signature was incredible, only 20m to the Hoan Kiem lake and on weekends is closed to cars so very easy to walk around. And they even gave us a lovely farewell gift of coffee beans and drip container! Just so thoughtful! We would highly recommend L’Signature for any one planning to stay in Hanoi

Anyone looking for the best hotel in the Old Quarter of Hanoi, look no further than L’Signature Hotel. I have stayed in several hotels in Hanoi, and this by far exceeds them all. I booked this hotel several hours prior to check in, and upon arrival, I was treated like a king. Each staff member was warm and personable. I was surprised by a free room upgrade, assisted by the front desk with printing several emails, and given a farewell gift upon my departure. From the rooftop bar to an incredible breakfast served in the 12th floor, this hotel is unique and is set apart from the rest. Located in the heart of the Old Quarter, and within a very short walk to Lake Hoan Kiem, this hotel serves up a master class in hospitality and warmth. I’ll only be staying here for all my future Hanoi visits.

Great location. 100m from the lake and where the Hop on Hop off buses depart. Great choice of restaurants nearby Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast on the top floor was good with views towards the lake. My room was comfortable. I had a comfy king size bed, tv, safe, fridge, kettle and lovely bathroom. Family had stayed here and recommended the hotel. When i return i will stay here again.

The hotel staff were amazing. Extremely helpful and there for our every need. Hotel is perfectly located in the old quarter walking distance to restaurants, spa's, huge lake., beautifu park. The hotel was very clean offering all services and a wonderful breakfast. I would recumbent this hotel to anyone wanting to experience Hanoi.
