Bad on all staff, no ine speak English. Only Japanese and Vietnamese. From check in to check out, no help at all. Fully not suggest to NON Japanese to stay there.

スタッフは日本語が堪能です。 日本語で話そうと努力しているのが伺えます とてもフレンドリーで、事務的でもなく、ホスピタリティがとても高いと思います。 ホテルは大浴場、サウナ、マッサージチェアにマンガと日本のビジホ並みに快適です 少し老朽化と設備が古くなっている印象はあります。 年末年始に宿泊しましたが、年越しそば、おせち料理とご馳走になりました。 近くは日本料理店も多く日本のスーパーもあり快適です。 強いて言うなら旧市街などに出るには車で20分くらいかかります。観光目的なら少し離れているかなっと。。grabを使えばすぐなんですが渋滞が酷いので時間帯によってはロスになるかも。。 それを差し引いても次回のハノイもここを選ぶと思います。
