산책하기엔 좋네여..주변 식당도 많구요

직원들의 친철함에 재방문하고 싶네요..하노이 출장가면 또 이용할렵니다. 바로앞에 공원도 있고 옆으론 재래시장..그리고 1분거리에 맛사지샵 식당등 주변에서 모든걸 해결 가능합니다

호수와공원

차량이 호텔 진입이 어렵다. 조식은 좋은 편이다. 주위 편익시설도 많은 편입니다. 욕실 욕조가 있지만 불편하다.

일단 가격이 저렴함 조식포함 5만정도... 조식도 먹을만함 쌀국수 계란후라이 햄베이컨 기본에 돼지고기 닭고기 볶음도 나옴 중화에 위치하고 있어 주변에 한식당, 한국편의점, 풋마사지 등이 가까움 공항까지 택시 만오천원 호텔안 부대시설 없고 우리나라 모텔이라 보면 됨 서비스 청결도 나쁘지 않음

개미 외엔 다 괜찮았습니다.

출장으로 7일을 숙박했습니다. 대체적으로 직원들은 친절했으며, 청소 또한 청결히 잘 해 주었습니다.다만 객실내(화장실 포함) 개미로 인해 음식물 보관을 할 수 없었고, 알러지까지 발생하여 상당히 괴로운 시간을 보냈습니다. 개미가 없어지지 않는다면 다시는 이 호텔을 이용할 수 없겠는데요?

기억하고 싶지 않은 베트남 여행과 Hotel.com의 정책들

숙박 시설은 대체로 만족함. Check In 전에 예약 변경을 해당호텔에 요청하였지만, 어떻게 해야하는지를 구체적으로 설명하지 않음. 저는 해당호텔에 변경을 통지하였고, 해당 호텔의 접견자는 이에 동의하였음에도 불구하고, Check-out시 이를 반영하지 않았음. 이에 저는 Hotel.com과 해당 호텔에 이 문제를 풀기위해 거의 2시간이상을 낭비하였고, 또한 check-in이후에 예약변경으로 위약금을 내야한다는 통보를 받았음.
