Excellent location, very good value

Large well equipped Room on level 5 had good views, staff helpful. Located on busy shopping street. Fascinating to watch the locals go about their day.

Good hotel

Overall its a good hotel if compare location, car-pack service, price and comfort in your room. However, car-pack service just give you from night until 7 am in the morning of day after for free, otherwise you have to find somewhere else to pack your car ( nearest place 200m far from the hotel). Wake up the customer at 7 am to move their car was not really a good idea, but apologises from the receptionist would heal the pain. Just my personal experience.

ハノイ駅に近く、場所はわかりやすいが、周囲には飲食店が少ないです。部屋の設備や広さは可もなく不可もなく。ネット接続環境が悪い（一番奥の部屋だったせいか、ドア付近でしか無線LANの電波が拾えなかった）朝食があまり美味しくない。

清潔感あるがシャワールームの使い勝手はいまいち。スタッフは言えば親切な対応をしてくれます。特に空港に遅れそうな時に奮闘してくれたThuさんに大感謝です。

Good hotel with friendly staff

We had a great time at the Van Mieu 2 hotel in Hanoi. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Varied and delicious breakfast and nice rooms.

제일 화나는 것은...

사람들은 좋았지만, 호텔은 별로였네요. 커피포트는 쓸 수가 없을 정도로 지저분해서 사용 할 수 없었으며, 더운 날씨에 냉장고 비슷하게 생긴것이 있었지만 작동도 안하고, 제일 화나는 것은 호텔스 닷컴의 반응입니다. 이것을 문의하니 " 냉장고, 미니바의 경우 미리 사전에 요청을 해야 구비되는 경우가 있으니...."라는 메일이 왔죠. 제가 예약관련 메일에는 냉장고가 명시되있는데, 그리고, 이렇게 더운 이 시기의 베트남에서 ... 무책임한 처리가 아닌가 생각합니다. 아주 실망스럽습니다. 호텔스 닷컴에 대해서

観光には不便ですが、価格相応です

最上級の部屋を予約したが、まず通されたのはいちばんグレードの低い部屋だった。クレームを入れると、今いっぱいなので、と、一つ上のグレードの部屋へ。さらにクレームを入れると、なぜか15分後に用意できますとのことで、最終的に予約した部屋に宿泊することができた。お客様のほとんどがベトナム人で、エレベーターの乗り降りなどなかなかマナーが悪い。エアコンは暖房が効かないので、冬の季節はきつい。が、ヒーターを貸してくれた。まあまあきれいな部屋で、裸足で歩き回れる。周りに英語が通じるような食事処はないので、そう言うのでいい人なら、問題はないだろう。
