The district is a step back in time, with preserved 19th-century architecture. The Harpers Ferry Train Station is also a noteworthy stop if you love history and old railways. Feeling adventurous? Harpers Ferry has a haunted past, and there are ghost tours available in the evenings. You can explore the darker side of the town's history, visiting old churches, graveyards, and other eerie spots
