Sunset Lodge is our LARGEST cabin and sits on a retired horse ranch consisting of 8 bedroom, 3 bathrooms, New swimming pool, New outdoor hot tub Jacuzzi, XL Entertainment Room, Washer/dryer, 2 wood stoves, Outdoor fire pit, 2 kitchen areas, 2 Fridges, screened in porch, a Baby Crib, central air & heat, Heated concrete floors, cable and wi-fi!

* Due to staff shortage & lack of a Large Laundry facility we currently have the cleaning fee discounted for renters to bring their own SHEETS, TOWELS, & PILLOWCASES or we may be able provide in certain situations for an extra fee.
- Load of firewood can be delivered for $45 fee. Please remind us to deliver the morning of checkin. 1 Load should last 2-3 days

Our stay here was definitely an experience. There were no sheets or pillowcases. No hot water. And the smell inside the house was something else. Like an animal or animals died in there. When I reached out to the owner I was just told the other people who stayed there left doors opened. So needless to say that went nowhere and I went and bought candles. This place has potential and it's definitely more of a bachelor pad or for hunters etc. But for a family get away, I don't know? All of the furniture is VERY uncomfortable, but the beds were tolerable. The pool is a nice touch, but the hot tub has rusty screws inside of the water. Having the horses around was the best part as they're beautiful and our puppy enjoyed watching them. This place has potential like I mentioned, though we'll not be back. Too much money spent for all the negatives. The owners seem overwhelmed as I was told they have 15 rentals and can't always keep up. Bummer!

It was all good..had an issue with hot water but resolved immediately...and a leaking coffee maker...let them know...but it was all great..close to everything we were doing!!!...we're considering it again...there were 14 of us!!!
