This hotel was a terrific value for the money - $89 and $99 for four nights. It was undergoing a huge remodel and we obtained an updated king suite a month in advance of our trip to Shenandoah. Very clean, new everything, with kitchenette area, plenty of space. Very simple check in, nice gym area, large snack/food/misc area with vending and off the shelf items, laundry was free at the time. Outside of the building had been updated with paint, lobby is on the backside so as not to face the street.

Property is under construction. Workers were at the site early on a Saturday morning and most of the hotel is blocked off. Room facilities were old and furniture was torn and old. When the heat turned on I had to shut it off because of a smell that was awful. I opened the window to just get the smell out. Parking is limited.
