Travelocity screwed us because I made a mistake when I booked the date which was supposed to be for that night, but I didn’t realize it was actually two weeks in the future. Realizing my mistake immediately we tried contacting Travelocity as well as the hotel and were given no recourse and no refund. We do not plan on using Travelocity again and will advise others not to either.

This is a very clean and nice hotel. The only issue (which) is not a deal breaker is that the bathroom door is heavy and slams shut - had to use the desk chair to prop it open

Great place to stay. Our only challenge was how to navigate the tv. Only one remote for two tvs. Great location. Easy access to tourist sites as well as shopping. Front desk staff very friendly, Thomas was dry welcoming.

Great one-night stay. Very clean room, excellent staff, and really good breakfast options. Highly recommend this hotel. My ONLY suggestion is to use a milder air freshener in the common areas. As someone who battles asthma, I’m sensitive to strong smells and I felt like it was overpowering when we walked in. Good smell, just too much of it.

This was our first pet-friendly experience & it went perfectly; from start to finish. Staff was friendly & helpful. Room was clean & accommodating (best bathroom setup ever with a walk-in shower!). Would definitely stay again.
