The showers did not have hot water. One shower was full of hair and wouldn't drain. When we called the front desk they said they couldn't get maintenance in until after 9:00, after we were already checking out to leave. They wouldn't adjust the bill because it was reserved through Travelocity/Expedia.

Bare room. No chairs No microwave. No room service for 3 days. Had to get our coffee pods by request . Guess I was expecting more for the cost. Pros -clean. Nice facilities , people seems friendly.

Thank you for your stay at Hotel Madison. While we're glad you enjoyed friendly service and the cleanliness of the property, we are sorry weren't pleased more with certain aspects. We have 7 room types at Hotel Madison if there's another that may be more to your liking. There is 1 of those room types that we agree would benefit from an additional chair which is in our plans. Our extended stay rooms have full kitchens, including microwaves. There is also a microwave in the lobby market for guest use. Limited room service is provided upon request and can include fresh towels, refills of coffee supplies and toiletries, and emptying of trash. We hope that helps for a future visit.
