Clean room, friendly staff however the room smelled funny, the hallway reeked of cigarette smoke even though no smoking was posted everywhere. The fire alarm went off at 6:07am because someone was smoking in the room, and a person approached me for money on the outside. No elevator.

Stay far far away from this hotel . They do not abide by Travelocity policy manager is never there and talked over me to the point I felt like a child . I have traveled for 7 years for work and never ran into someone so unprofessional and dishonest

By 6:45 someone had taken all the breakfast food to go, just one man took it all. Tub looked dirty, entry floor was dirty.

I made a reservation through Travelocity. When I got to the hotel I was told I had a smoking room. They told me that is what I reserved but I did not. I have never smoked and have pretty severe allergies to cigarette smoke. The room was awful. Many small black bugs were everywhere—most noticeable in the bathroom. The room smelled awful. The bathroom mirror was dirty and I could not stay there. I left after being in the room 5 minutes. One of the worse experiences I have ever had with a hotel. No thanks Travelocity. Never again.
