I expected more from the Plaza to be honest. Staff were helpful and attentive but the overall hotel itself is tired in the common parts and needs updating. The room was ok, very clean etc and in reasonble condition. Breakfast could be better in terms of choice. Although you could order what you liked and service was very good. The staff worked very hard and were very polite. Lovely people.
