The hotel was very luxurious and comfortable. Staff were friendly and efficient. The quality of food was very high. When I got the bill for my evening meal I was disappointed that there were hidden charges such as VAT and service charge that added considerably to the cost of the bill.

Premier room a decent size, bathroom a bit small, shower over bath not as powerful as I would prefer, plenty of charging points, internet access ok, bed comfortable, air conditioning excellent. Breakfast good, plenty of choice, staff very polite and friendly. Would recommend and will return.

This hotel is absolutely stunning. Beautiful rooms and the location is superb for the town of Harrogate. Staff are wonderful and so helpful. Breakfast is amazing with everything you could possibly need. Bed was first class and so unbelievably comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble. I would definitely recommend this hotel. 5 stars and 10/10. Well done Crowne Plaza.

Crown Plaza was a short walk from the town centre. We didn’t sample the food but the drinks lounge was comfortable and service was good. Rooms were as one would expect from a quality chain. We had a nice stay in Harrogate had a brilliant Free walking tour headed by Harry who really brought Harrogate to life.

It was OK. Paid to upgrade at hotel. Room nothing out of the ordinary- not really sure what the upgrade consisted of. Noisy as next to lift shaft. Asked to be moved and they could only move me to a non upgraded room - no mention of a refund of extra paid. Note you do NOT get your IHG reward points if booked through hotels.com which was disappointing - I still stayed there for 3 nights yet no loyalty "bonus"

Enjoyable overnight stay in a lovely hotel

Lovely relaxing overnight break with my husband. Nothing too much trouble for the staff, really friendly service from all at reception, in the bar and restaurant for breakfast. Bed really comfortable. In a great position near the centre of town. Would definitely stay again.

Hotel is so beautiful and clean, the only problem we had was the bed was very hard, got up with a sore back every day, food was very good, staff very friendly and car parking had no disabilities spaces
