Nice room, so-so breakfast

Really friendly check in. Very nice, clean, comfortable and quiet room. Right next door to the convention centre we were visiting, so we were able to go to the bar afterwards for a drink as it wasn’t too late (disappointing selection of draft beers though, as the only decent one wasn’t available). Buffet breakfast was just ok. Staff were again great, but the food on the buffet breakfast was lukewarm at best, which is a shame as the items themselves seemed decent quality. My husband had coffee, which he said had no taste of coffee, and the breakfast pastries weren’t very nice, either.

Fantastic hotel. The staff here are brilliant, especially the ladies on reception who looked after my flower show purchases for me over the weekend. A genuine, warm and welcoming experience. Breakfast was excellent, our room was lovely. The air con was a treat! Can’t fault it and will definitely be staying again. Thanks again to the reception ladies!

This hotel is a perfect location to discover Harrogate. The room was perfect and the staff great. A great selection of food for breakfast and we enjoyed our dinner each evening.

EXCELLENT HOTEL

This hotel is so close to the town centre and public transport which makes it an ideal stay. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful and my requests were always met wherever possible.
