Fantastic cottage in the heart of Pateley Bridge

Morland Cottage is the ideal base for exploring the Yorkshire Dales, in a perfect location just a stone's throw from Pateley Bridge's iconic High Street. The 3 bed cottage provides spacious accommodation for 6 guests spread over 2 floors.

The cottage is furnished to a high standard and has a modern, well-equipped kitchen. There is a large dining area and a comfortable living room, as well as a sun room with patio doors leading out onto a private south-facing sun terrace - an ideal place to relax on a sunny day.

Bedroom 1 has a superking bed but can also be made up as a twin - please let us know if you would like it as a twin. Bedroom 2 is a king room, and bedroom 3 has bunk beds which are suitable for adults as well as children - the bunks are rated up to 120kg per bunk. All bedrooms have blackout blinds and comfortable mattresses to ensure a good night's sleep.

There is a large family bathroom downstairs, as well as an extra WC upstairs (please note this has restricted head room).

The cottage has fast wifi throughout and there is off street parking for 2 cars, with further street parking available nearby if required.

Please note that the cottage is accessed via a flight of external steps. Sorry we do not accept pets, and no smoking is allowed

Extremely comfortable cottage, with everything we needed. The 2 parking spaces were a bonus. The only slight issue we had was the steep steps to access the property which we only realised on check in. But a lovely property all the same.

A fantastic property. Everything you would need is supplied, including a welcome pack of biscuits. The beds and setees are very comfortable. The cottage was spotlessly clean, and had everything you could need. It's in a perfect site for takeaways pubs, and places of interest. We did many walks, and visited many places such Stump Cross Caverns,. Brimham rocks and Rievaulx Abbey.

Pateley Bridge

Pateley Bridge is such a lovely town. Our accommodations were perfect for our family of 5! The home was appointed with everything we needed for our stay. We had an issue with a tripped switch and power outage and the owners were very helpful and prompt is helping us address the issue, which we were so grateful for. We will recommend it to anyone traveling to the area.

Perfect location

This property was very clean and comfortable. It was ideally suited in a lovely little town with all the amenities but with a small town feel. It is also located in the heart of the Dales and is a short drive to many walking trails and points of interest. The host was fantastic. There was a welcome basket when we arrived and the response rate with any correspondence was instant. The host made us feel very welcome and the property felt very homely. It did feel very much like a home away from home. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful place!

Perfect place for our family, and just what we needed. Spacious, clean, and well-equipped. Host was very responsive and helpful when I had a query. Excellent location, right in the middle of the town. We shall return!

Fabulous

Cottage was clean and modern. Parking was available for 2 cars which was a bonus. The bedrooms were great with comfy beds. Wifi was available and local shops and amenities were 2 mins stroll away. The village was lovely and had a wonderful array of shops including supermarkets, butchers, pubs and takeaways. Also great location to walk along the canal. Would definitely recommend

Lovely place in great location!

We really enjoyed our stay at Moreland Cottage and we thought it was one of the best holiday places we had rented. It is a great location to explore Yorkshire Dales with all the conveniences close by (food shop, takeouts, pubs and a pharmacy). Morland Cottage itself was a cute place with plenty of space and with all the amenities! The bed was also super comfy which we’ve often found to be lacking in other rentals! We were travelling with a 5 month old and there was a travel crib for our use in the rental along with a washer/dryer which was handy for our baby’s loads of washing. We would definitely recommend staying here to others.
