Power outage left us without power or water for an hour on the morning of our stay at peak time for getting ready to check out. We felt the hotel failed to communicate what was going on and generally had a very nonchalant attitude to the situation. Not at all apologetic I would not stay again and would further add that in general the beautiful hotel and building is in need of many upgrades to claim to be a four star hotel Not worth the money and not recommended.

Everything was good except our room wasnt cleabed on the 2nd day.We did have a do not disturb sign on the door for aome of the morning though. Other than that a lovely quiet room.

Always a lovely stay
Lovely experience as always at this Hotel. The staff are always friendly and helpful. The rooms are comfortable and my room had some lovely touches like chocolates and a little gift set of lip balm and moisturiser. Good location and parking easy too.
