Relaxing Weekend

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay. The property was exactly as described. The private dock is perfect and the apartment was great! Host was so kind to let us check in a little early. The house was occupied as well, not a problem at all for us. We truly enjoyed our stay and will plan to stay again.

Great place for a four day fishing trip with dock and right next to the state park boat ramp. My second stay here was just as good as the first.

Lake escape with my babe

Had a great four days. Property exactly as listed. Great fishing from beautiful house dock (didn’t use apartment dock) . 40 bluegill & one Hugh striped bass . Host Was very easy to get in touch with and helpful when needed. You need to buy ice in that there are no ice cube trays . We will come back.

Enjoyed! Venus, the property manager, communicated very well with us during the entire process. No surprises; was always there when we needed her. Agreeing with a previous review, the path to the dock needs some TLC. Excellent location. We were able to walk to where we picked up our boat. Would we come back, yes.

Great Escape

This was the perfect spot for girls weekend. We really wanted a place where we could be away from people and this place delivered. There were people at the house on the property and they were still plenty far away. Overall it was great and we will be back.

Great place for boaters

Rented the apartment for a long weekend on the 4th of July and was very pleased with the amenities and cleanliness. The boat dock was perfect for storing my boat during our stay. The trail to the apartment from the dock could use a little TLC but nothing major. Thanks Venus everything was great.

Quaint location

This property is a gem however located on site of another property that connects the two. This is the basement floor of the garage to a large home on Lake Hartwell. I would stay at this property again for the price and location.

Very Relaxing

This was a great place to unwind and unplug. We enjoyed lounging in the water and sitting on the dock at Sunset. We also walked the nearby park which was lovely - lots of space for families to enjoy time together. There were a few minor amenities that we would’ve liked to see, such as: 1. a full length mirror, 2. we’re not sure the oven was working properly, 3. my bedside alarm went off both days at midnight and I couldn’t figure out how to not make that happen. Also, we would’ve appreciated a heads up that the grill outside was charcoal, and a fire alarm code wasn’t provided so I had to call the owner when the smoke alarm went off. Those were minor things for an overall pleasant stay.
