"The cabin was cozy, beautifully decorated and had every amenity we could want. Our family really enjoyed our stay. My one note is that the basement cannot be accessed from the main living space upstairs. One must go outside, onto the back deck, to take stairs downstairs & then enter into the basement. Although both upper & lower decks are covered & screened in, so this is not an unpleasant setup, this was very complicated for us because we have 4 young children and we could not utilize the bedrooms downstairs unless one adult slept upstairs & another adult slept downstairs. I think parents with young children need to know this detail before deciding to rent the house. This detail was shared with us when check-in information was sent, after we had already booked & paid. Please add this detail to the main information on the listing. It is a beautiful property! "

"Quite a decent breakfast, including the fresh yogurt dispensing machine. The yogurt was very good and the topping choices were decent. Would have preferred fresh berries as an option for my yogurt parfait. The front desk staff (one person) was awful. She was cold and unhelpful."

"Door would not open. They had to make a special key to open the door AFTER they accused us of doing something to the door. Would not let us use the key for our stay No maintenance man on site. On site people incapable of helping. Do yourself a big favor and don’t stay here"
