Spacious 3 Bedroom Private Home in East Harwich

Newly renovated ranch home has plenty of room for both groups and individual guests to enjoy. It is ideally located near Pleasant Bay beach for boating and sailing enthusiasts and convenient access to Orleans, Chatham, and Harwich downtown areas. Nearby Pleasant Bay Community Boating is an added plus giving you a great opportunity to head out on the water. The home offers outdoor space including a private patio, outdoor shower, and a backyard that borders the Cape Cod National Golf Club with additional courses nearby. Includes 3 bedrooms (primary bedroom with a private bath), an additional full bathroom, and an open concept kitchen that shares a cathedral ceiling with the dining area. The large living room spans the front of the home and features a wood burning fireplace. Two of the bedrooms have a queen or double and twin bed in each. The primary bedroom has just a queen bed. The home has a den and a beautiful sun room with vaulted ceiling and skylights that opens up to the backyard sky. This home has hardwood floors throughout, a first floor laundry, a two car attached garage with plentiful driveway space, and everything you may need to enjoy Cape Cod's finest.

Home was centrally located and easy to get to different area on the cape. The kitchen could have used a few more items like a cookie/ baking sheet pan. Wish there were curtains on front window and sliding doors to help keep the sun/ heat out . With no central air some of the rooms would become very warm with the high temps we had. We did notice when hot water was turned on lights seemed to flicker
.. otherwise the family had a good time.

Home away from home - fantastic location

What a lovely home for me and my family throughout our stay for my niece's wedding. The location could not have been better - proximate to both Chatham and Ocean's Edge resort, not a lot of traffic getting places, yet private and secluded street. The accommodations were great - ample bedding, open areas for group conversations or for getting away from it all. From the layout and spaciousness, to the wonderful feeling sheets and comforters, to the perfect-sized dining table for conversations and games, to ample seating inside and out, to fresh water greeting us and quenching our thirst throughout the stay. We particularly appreciated the high speed internet (enabling our daughter to participate long distance in an important virtual meeting half an hour before the wedding began!) and the ability for my nephew to bring his dog. Everything looks brand new. We didn't use the kitchen appliances or TV but it was nice to have those options. And more than one of us enjoyed being able to put our feet up by using the recliners. Most impressive was the host's super-fast response to any of my questions and their commitment to being available. We appreciated being able to park a car in the garage. This house more than met our needs and has earned our 5 star rating in total and in every category. We would have zero hesitation returning.
