We really enjoyed our visit. The only negative is that the room was very small and challenging to move around with no space to even put luggage. The breakfast was good, but several items that should have been served very warm or hot were not. This is an area that could be improved.

Rooms are too small, black interior kills the room size. The lobby is again small. Breakfast is good.

Good location, don’t use the car park!!!

An average hotel in centre of city. First impression was DO NOT bother with online checkin, whoever sold them the software must be very proud as it does nothing to aid check in, arrived at car park & despite having enter all car details/passports etc we could not get into the garage & was surrounded by a family of rats running around my feet ! Was informed by reception we needed a card to gain access to car park & our room so online check in is completely pointless!!!! Then on departure the garage door broke down & we were stuck in the basement car park delaying our departure until the receptionist appeared with a stepladder to unplug & reboot the door. Basic but ok Buffett breakfast. Good location for exploring the city.

Our room was on the forth floor and had a fantastic view of the Castle. It was a very quiet room - could not hear traffic, other guests, etc. Very comfy beds.

I’ve given a positive rating BUT please be aware that if you book a jr suite room you will be blasted by thumping disco music late into the night. We changed hotels because of this problem. Management and staff were very understanding and gave us options including a refund. It’s too bad because the hotel is nice and is in a good location.

This hotel was ok but far from a Crown Plaza level. It was hard to find. and the entrances were strange. Room was just OK, again not up to a Crown Plaza. Breakfast was far from typical in quite light on variety

Room was not ready until after 3pm. Shower was clogged, was fixed promptly once notified. Breakfast was originally included when we booked. When we went to breakfast we were told it was not included. Great location. With no bells and whistles. Parking is not for you if you are not used to tight fit.

Breakfast buffet was excellent! Rooms were clean and a nice size. Bedsheets had a musty dirty feet smell. Had to spray my Parfum to be able to sleep. After arrival had to find cleaning lady to get towels - good that I speak some Turkish to communicate my wishes. Front desk was very friendly! Location is excellent, short walking distance to old city.Access to parking was very good.

Great place to stay!

Room was modern and comfortable. It was very soundproof, making for a good night's sleep. Location was absolutely perfect, short walk to sights central shopping and eating.
