Our unit was very nice and well-appointed. Breakfast was great and the restaurant staff was super helpful! Unfortunately our room heating system was not working and the staff could not resolve the situation. We were brought a portable heater and that helped, but being assigned a unit without heating is far below Hilton standards. The staff knew this was the case and offered possible solutions that didn't help, short of the electric heater. We called to the front desk and no one answered but we got a call back. Another in our party called for an hour and never reached anyone. Not acceptable service.
