Inn looks great from the outside, but the rooms (at least our room, #1) is badly in need of a refresh! Paint is chipped in many places, bathroom is particularly small and inconvenient, people above us left early one day and woke us about 6 AM. Nice that they provided breakfast, but it was only mediocre.

Happy hour in the afternoons is great, very impressed with the options! Breakfast service is extremely slow!!!!! We waited over 20 minutes to order and there were only 3 other couples in the restaurant that had all ready ordered, then waited another 25 minutes to get lukewarm, fair food. Noticed the other couples had to wait 20 - 30 minutes for their orders also.

Its character is charming and super comfortable. The common areas are inviting. Love the rocking chairs on the porch. Easy walk into town which has plenty of shopping and dining choices!

Absolutely love this Inn! Second time staying here and did not disappoint. The Inn is everything I thouht it would be after wanting to stay here for years and finally had the chance. The rooms are spacious, and the beds are amazing!

Valentine's get away.

We fully enjoyed our stay at The Charleston. The 4 to 6 social is nice as well as the complimentary sodas. Breakfast was delicious. Owners were nice & polite along with the whole staff. My only issue was the bed was to hard for my liking but, my wife liked it. Only suggestion would be to add a curtain or shade to the window above the door as a lot of light comes through at night.

The Charleston Inn I’m Hendersonville NC is a gem! Our Host Alicia made our stay even more delightful. She upgraded our room to a king with no charge, what a gift! The Inn is conveniently located to all the shops and restaurants 5 minute walk, The house is old warm charm, all your needs are met, The bed was extremely comfortable room was very clean, A nice happy hour from 5-6 with beer, wine, seltzer and snacks perfect for a day of shopping, or exploring the area. Highly recommend this Inn, will definitely return!

Beautiful Inn, very nice staff,helpful and didnt laugh when i called and asked about the sheets they used. Those were amazing!!!!! I jave wanted to stay there for many years and it was everything i thought it would be. Clean room,hot shower,plenty of towels. I will be staying again
