The front desk staff were impeccable. I was quickly checked in, all of my questions were answered and special accommodations were made for my particular situation. The room and amenities were just as advertised, and were what should be expected fit an economy room.

Stained Towels and Loud Traffic

The hotel was outdated and no one was at the front desk when I checked in. It took several minutes of waiting before I finally had to go and find someone who was cleaning rooms to check me in. It turned out he was doing two jobs. The towels were old and had many stains on them. The tv was old and small. The noise of the traffic from the highway was clearly noticeable throughout my stay and annoying. The parking lot was in rough shape to say the least and there was an abandoned car sitting on a flat tire. There were no good food options and the town was literally falling down. If I would have traveled another 9 miles I would have found slightly better food options.

All around a great value! Clean and pleasant

This Super 8 was very affordable and had several nice touches. The rooms are pretty “dated” but you can tell that the people in charge of this place work hard to make it nice! The bed was clean, sheets were soft, TV was a good size. Microwave and fridge were older but functioning perfectly. My check in was seamless and the man working was very witty. (My dog also really liked him so you KNOW you have a good human there!). It had breakfast included (small wrapped honey buns, oranges, cereal, milk and juice- coffee was not great- but I absolutely drank some and was thankful to have it!) All in all- it was a pretty good deal for a place to crash on my road trip. I will stay here again!

The refrigerator in the room was filthy. The iron also. The iron ruined a pair of my pants. I brought it to the attention of the guy at the desk. He said nothing. And did nothing to compensate fir the ruined pants. When i told him about the refrigerator he said he had the same problem in the room next to ours. He said he would take care of it. It sounded like he had more issues as i was leaving as he mouthed swearing to what he thought was himself. Breakfast was cereal and a packaged sweet roll. Coffee was out and no one thought about making more. Not going there ever again. Room was noisy with the race track just down the road a bit. Racing went until 11 pm.

Horrible stay!

When I arrived they told me I had a smoking room. The ad on hotels.com said nothing about a smoking room. Then when I went to my room someone was already in it. I went back to the desk and they changed to a handicap room that looked condemned. There was dust all over and a hole in the bathtub covered in plastic.
