The home is beautiful and very well maintained. The kitchen has anything you would need to cook a big meal. All the cookware is very nice. She has an adorable coffee bar and leaves teas and coffee for her guests. We had two questions that were answered quickly. We also enjoyed the hot tub.

Nice place, but lots of farm noise

The house was well done and very pretty. The hot tub was nice and the beds were comfortable, but the farm noises kind of ruined our sleep and ability to relax in the hot tub. I have chickens next door at home, but it's nothing like this. Here, one of the roosters starts at dawn and literally does not stop until the sun goes down. He takes brief breaks of a couple of minutes, but I'm not exaggerating at all, it's ALL DAY LONG. If you sleep in the front room, you can't hear the rooster as much, but you'll get the other neighbor's dogs barking at random hours of the night and that neighbor won't go outside to stop them. It's crazy that the house rules mention observing quiet hours to respect their neighbors. The couches are more pretty than comfortable and the unit could really use a place to put your feet up after hiking all day.There are many positives though. The beds are very comfortable, the home is extremely clean, there is everything you could need in the kitchen, and the hot tub really is very nice. The check-in and check-out process was very easy as well. The proximity to farm animals, farm noises, and farm smells kind of overshadows everything else unfortunately. If it weren't for the one rooster and the neighbor that lets their dogs bark excessively, we'd have felt very differently about this stay.

Great space
wildlife abounds

The interior is awesome. Everything is clean and communication with the owner was easy and readily understood. The hot tub was great in the evening after a long day of hiking. The only complaint is the animals at the neighbors behind the property. Dogs were barking for 2-3 hours each night and as scheduled, the rooster let us know when the sun came up.

Great Location

This was a lovely property located within an hour or two of Grand Canyon North Rim, Zion National Park, Bryce Canyon National Park, and many local trails within walking distance. Horseback riding was only 2 streets away. Coffee maker and hairdryer are no frills and only one hairdryer for the property. If you are used to using a diffuser, just bring your own. I would recommend this property. Didn’t use the hot tub but did enjoy the balcony off the master bedroom.
