The Neighborhood:
Ocean Dune is located in the newly developed hub of The Sibaya Precinct which is located between Umhlanga and Umdloti. You can watch the ships go by from the communal pool and entertainment deck.
Getting Around:
We recommend renting a car to explore all that the surrounding area has to offer. The unit has a dedicated underground parking bay.
Ubers are also readily available in the area.
Other Things to Note:
Views: Please note that while the complex boasts spectacular sea views from the rooftop pool and entertainment areas, the apartment itself has garden views and does not have a direct sea view.
Security: To ensure the security of all residents, all guests must provide a government-issued form of identification (ID, driver's license, or passport) prior to arrival to be registered for access to the estate.
Beach Access: A dedicated beach gate for the complex is in the process of being completed for even easier access to the shore. The beach is a 10 min walk through the forest.
Interaction with Guests:
