Situated on one of the most beautiful beaches in Sea Pines, this attractive 2 bedroom, 2 bath beachfront villa offers breathtaking views from every room. The villa is located on the 3rd floor overlooking where the Atlantic Ocean meets the Calibogue Sound. Guests can enjoy watching dolphins or taking in gorgeous sunsets from the balcony. Great bedroom separation provides guests with plenty of privacy.


NOTE REGARDING SOUTH BEACH SEA PINES GUESTS: Phase 5 of the Sea Pines Drive Infrastructure Improvement Project is scheduled to begin in early fall 2024 with an estimated completion time of Spring 2025. This project is vital for repairing and improving the stormwater drainage system, as well as the roadway and leisure trail conditions along South Sea Pines Drive.

• Heavy machinery and construction vehicles will be traveling to and from the project site.
• Single-lane road closures and flagging operations will be in place daily, weather permitting. Temporary full lane closures may be required at times.
• Motorists should expect traffic delays, traffic detours, and be prepared to share the road with bike riders and pedestrians.
• Sidewalks and leisure trails in the project area will be closed as needed. Pedestrians and bike riders should expect delays and be prepared to stop and follow detours.
