It took about 20 minutes to check-in because there was just 1 person at the desk, the comforter smelled like body odor, the remote did not consistently work, the property was under renovation and there was sawing right outside of our room at 8am.

The room had no microwave, coffee maker, or ice container in it. We were told that Best Western allowed them but was not available with Hilton. The staff was friendly.
