Staff was very friendly and helpful. Had to check-in in one building and room was in another. Refurbishment was underway. Parking lot/driveway was under construction. Hallways were under construction. Exposed drywall. Most construction was not an issue. Trying to find a comfortable passage, at night, to a nearby restaurant was difficult. Had to climb of erosion control fence. Tub faucet worked great. Turn on shower very loud whistle!!! Someone had TV on very loud overnight. :( Overall, Room very nice.

We have a service dog and were told we'd be on the first floor. Well, the "first floor" is NOT ground level so why did it matter that we had to stay on the first floor when we had to use the elevator anyhow? Also the entire stay, only one elevator was working. We had to wait so long just to get to the first floor most times. The staircase is located outside of the building so when it was raining, we got wet walking to our car.

Good Afternoon Kyle, Per our conversation I am writing to describe what happened when my fiancé Royal Newman and I checked into your hotel last week. While checking into the room I realized it did not have a balcony. Travelocity describes the rooms as having balconies, and I have stayed at this property before and did not even realize no balcony was a possibility. I called the front desk (since it is at a different location) to see if we could switch. I was told by Shawntrel (pardon any errors as I never saw her in person and was unable to see her nametag) that Travelocity lies and puts whatever they want on their website, and you have no control over it. I explained that this made no sense to me, and I was then asked to hold. I was put on hold for close to an hour. While on hold I was not able to disconnect from the rooms phone line at any point to make ANY outgoing calls (including maintenance, housekeeping, and 911) which made me feel unsafe. I tried calling the front desk by my cell phone and have pages and pages of call logs that were unanswered. Finally near the hour mark a new woman answered the phone whose name I did not get. She said she worked in a different department but came over to see what was wrong because the phone kept ringing. She was able to help me within minutes. This was a very simple matter of switching us to one of the many available rooms with balconies. She offered to send maintenance to look at the phone because (not knowing the situation) wa

There was a very long wait to check in. Clerk almost charged my credit card for the stay that I had prepaid through Travelocity. I called to have the dirty linens changed which never happened had to wait 2 days for fresh towels. One elevator was broken the whole week.
