Fully Renovated for 2023!! Steps To The Beach And Pool! Great Location

Fully Renovated will be finished by the end of February (check back for new pictures soon!) Non-Smoking villa features a Master bedroom with queen size bed (new Casper mattress as of 2024), and adjoining bath. Two bunk beds built into the hallway (can close door to separate the living room). Living room with queen sleeper, 55" Flatscreen HDTV and FREE Wi-Fi for the rainy days. Kitchen with microwave, range, and refrigerator, blender, toaster, coffeemaker. Dining Table seats Three.
This is a 1st floor unit only steps away from parking and only 8 steps to the unit. You are only 100 yards to the beach or pool.
The Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Resort offers onsite Tennis Courts & Pro-Shop, along with Jamaica Joe'z Poolside Bar & Grill, Gators Pizza & Wings, CocoNutz Sports Bar with fantastic Large Screens to catch all the action, Playground, Catch-and-Release pond, Bike Rentals onsite. Just down the road from the resort (about 1/4 mile) you will find Adventure Cove Miniature Golf & Arcade!
This is a owner operated unit, please feel free to contact me about any more details or questions!

NEW STARTING JANUARY 1, 2024: The complex now charges $35 per pass that is good for your entire stay, but keep this in mind if you request more than 1 pass. This will be part of the rental fee, listed as parking.

We LOVE this property. Everything is within reach. The beach is gorgeous, the facilities are maintained, and it's in a great location. My family and I love walking around town. We spend most of our time at the property as there is little reason to leave. It is all right there. The condo is cozy and a perfect fit for 3-4. It definitely sleeps 6. The pull out bed is nice and the bunkbeds are big enough for teens. Jon and Katie have hosted my family for 3 years and we are looking forward to next year.

Perfect Hilton Head stay!

Loved this property! Easy walk to the beach and the main pool. Amenities on site, we ate at both restaurants and were pleased with both. The condo was clean and perfect for my husband and I, plus our 1 year old.

Memorial Day Week

We had a great time this past week. The condo was clean and just big enough for us to relax in in-between activities. Close to the beach. Spent a lot of time in the pool which was great. The resturant by the pool had awesome food, drinks, and live music. Not far from shops and restaurants. We had an awesome stay.

This was our first time at Hilton Head and this property was the perfect location and size for our family of 3. The property is so close to the beach, which was exactly what we were looking for. Definitely recommend.

Nice and relaxing

Our stay was nice. Location is right near the beach, pool, and tennis/pickleball courts which was ideal for us. Easy parking and everyone at the resort was kind and helpful. Easy to get parking pass, court time, and code to get into room worked with no issues.Place seems like it needs some updates to make it a 5-star. Bathroom fan does not work and probably has not for awhile because the wood around the bathroom mirror looks like it has been wet for a long time. Slider door/windows are old and rough looking, but functional. Overall, a great getaway place for the price (in comparison to other 1-bedrooms at HHI). Would stay there again.

I love this place!

This is my second trip to this location and I want to book it for next year! The condo is clean and has all the necessities. The owners are always easy to reach. The beach, pool, restaurant, tennis court, and bike rentals are all on the property. Perfect for a small family or couples vacation.

Clean and safe place to stay

Our family had a great time and would definitely recommend! The unit was a little small for our family of 4, but it served its purpose and had everything we needed for the week we were there! The hosts communicated well and were very accommodating. We loved the activities at the pool each day and the restaurant at the pool to get a quick bite to eat. It was just steps from the beach, and in a convenient location for shopping and other restaurants. Would definitely go back â˜ș

I’ll start off by saying I’ve never left a negative review on a property with VRBO or the other place. We’ve stayed at this complex many times and we’ve always had a great experience. Upon check in, we noticed a strange smell. Checked the AC filter in the hallway and it was way past due for change. That was changed very quickly by the AC company. The air filter cover is dirty, rusty, and bent. Needs replaced. We still noticed the smell and our kids kept sneezing. We thought this was allergies. Upon further investigation, we noticed some spots of black mold on the bathroom ceiling and the sliding door curtain in the living room. This is a problem and obvious health concern. Sliding door does not close properly. Scuffs on the walls. The floor was dirty upon arrival. I communicated these things with the owner and very quickly they apologized but apologies do not mean much unless followed by a solution. They asked me what they could do to fix and I suggested some sort of refund to find a new property since this one was a health concern. They offered and gave a 25% refund which wouldn’t even cover one night for a new unit. Our week with our kids was just a big disappointment. Again, the location and complex has always been great. Do not recommend this unit.
