Wonderful Condo with amazing views of the ocean

The stay at this condo was wonderful! Communication with the property manager(s) was excellent; they were very responsive and helpful before and during the stay. The location was fantastic, making it easy to walk to the beach and explore the area. The views of the ocean from the balcony were amazing. This condo had all the necessities needed, including items to take on the beach.

Yearly trip to HH

First time staying at Seaside. We loved how close it was to the beach and the ocean view from the balcony. It was a little small and wanted more comfy seating for those evenings watching a movie. Good value for the money.

First trip to Hilton Head!

This condo has all you need! You can walk to so much! The island has a lot of things to do and see. We are planning another trip in early fall because we definitely didn’t get to everything and we will stay at this condo again! The beach is very spacious too! Kim, the owner, was quick to reply with any questions that we had! Can’t wait to go back!

On a positive note. The view was amazing. We walked every morning to get coffee which was so nice. The landscape is well kept. Very quiet.The umbrella and wagon was an appreciated addition.On the disappointing side..:The condo and hall need major updates. Very warn and dated.The hall leading to the condo smells likeUrine and the pool was not clear (had a cloudy look) so didn’t use.

Girls Trip

We had a wonderful time, loved the easy walk to the beach. The unit had beautiful views from the balcony. Parking can be difficult late at night. No waiting for the elevators was a plus.

Cozy and perfect for two

We enjoyed our stay. The place is perfect for two people. Can’t be the location to the beach and town. Loved sitting out on the veranda. Great view of the beach.Owner provides chairs and beach stuff which is nice if you don’t want to bring your own. It would be great to add either emailed information or a binder on site with restaurant suggestions for breakfast and dinner. First night we had no idea where to go or what to do and that would have been helpful. We figured it out and had great meals but that is just a suggestion.

Great beach getaway

The condo was really nicely laid out. I could see coming with children also and feeling comfortable. The proximity to restaurants and activities is great also. But the best part and the reason to come is the beach access and view. It was beautiful, calming and really just the perfect way to spend the weekend. It was also nice because this was not a crowded part of the beach even though areas further up or down the beach were much more congested. I really enjoyed our weekend and would happily go again and stay here again.

Brest location but VERY small

The condo was in a great location and walkable to everything we wanted to do, Beach was beautiful. Condo was advertised to sleep 6. It had a full bed, two bunks in entrance and pull out couch. We only had 3 and felt extremely cramped. No place to put luggage except floor at night ( would have to climb over if need the bathroom as only 2 ft of space on the floor as room soo small) and on bed during the day. Bunks to narrow for our 20 year old daughter so she slept on couch. Bathroom too tiny for 3 let alone 6. Property was clean. Beach chairs all broken or in terrible shape. Screen door off track and leaning against build. We did message owner and they offered to come fix that day which was nice. Overall the location was perfect but condo NOT big enough to fit more than 2 or 3 people comfortably

Perfect Weekend Getaway

It was a perfect spot for the weekend! We had a wedding in Bluffton and wanted a spot on the beach. It was clean, easy to get to and had everything you would need for a short weekend away.

Our stay in Seaside 329 was great! Everything was perfect. We had a great ocean view. We had extra towels and toilet paper! Kitchen was well stocked. Location was spot on. Walking distance to lots of shops and restaurants. We look forward to staying here again!

Some positives and some negatives

Positives: Terrific location - condo right on the beach as promised Host was nice Check in process was easy. Host mailed me a key fob instead of having to enter the code at the gate Walking distance to restaurants and shops. Very nice area Negatives: The condo itself needs a deep clean and some maintenance. Fan in the bedroom full of dust. Bath tub was nasty. Mold and mildew on the shower door. Need to clean the wood shelf behind the bed Blinds were broken - no privacy Regular coffee pot is broken. It turns on but does not brew coffee Couch is very uncomfortable and has seen better days Green carpet in the bedroom needs to be replaced What a great condo but someone needs to show they care about this location.

Great Ocean View and Beach Access

Beautiful view!

The view was one of the best on the property that isn’t directly facing the water. Best bet is to use the stairs - the property is older and the elevator is a little slow. Unit is fully furnished and the ac is good and cold - including in the bedroom! The owners are GREAT at responding! Location was convenient to all attractions. The beach guards are also a great plus - definitely kept everyone safe with lookouts on marine life and weather! Great unit!!

Really nice place to stay in Hilton Head, about 10 minutes or less of a walk to all the shops and local restaurants. Easy bike rental place right down the street. Right in front of the beach with a great view. Everything you need for the beach is available. There is camping foldable chairs to use on the beach. Parking is a little bit stressful when you come back at night so we tried to go to dinner in walking distance to make sure we had a place to park our car.
