The living room has a large 70 inch smart flat-screen TV and has access to a balcony that overlooks the lagoon. Both guest rooms have smart TVs also. The kitchen features updated cabinetry and stainless steel appliances, while the dining room offers seating for six. This condo also offers wireless internet and private washer/dryer.

The master bedroom has a king bed (second floor), while the master bathroom features granite countertops. Bedroom one queen bed and bunk bed with two twin beds (second floor) and a full private bathroom. There is also a queen sleeper sofa in the living room for extra sleeping area. Condo sleeps a total of eight people.

Beachwalk Villas is a quiet complex located within Shipyard. This complex is located directly across the street from Shipyard Beach Club, making it a short walk to the beach. There is also a large complex swimming pool with a large deck - perfect for soaking up the sun.
