1108 Villamare - 1st floor Oceanview Villamare

1st floor 2-bedroom, 2-bath villa in Palmetto Dunes. You will have no problem relaxing while listening to the waves of the Atlantic from the two balconies, which are accessible from both bedrooms and the living room. The open floor plan allows ample space for group gatherings, while the bedrooms provide private retreats. The master suite offers a private bathroom, with a walk-in shower, and a garden tub. The 2nd bedroom is outfitted with two queen beds. The private bathroom has a walk-in shower, and a garden tub.

Villamare is located on one of the most beautiful stretches of the Atlantic Ocean. It's convenient to all the amenities Hilton Head offers. In addition to its fabulous location, Villamare also offers an on-site fitness center, an indoor heated pool, as well as a gorgeous oceanfront pool. You can't go wrong with Villamare!

* FULL REPLACEMENT OF THE COURTYARD WALKWAY SYSTEM WITH NEW PAVERS. Inquire with any questions.
• Phase 1 (Spring 2026): Starting Monday, March 2, demolition of the walkways along Building 3 courtyard will begin. During this phase:
• Both grand staircases at Building 3 will be closed.
• Guests will be able to access the area using the Disney-side walkway of Building 3.
• A map showing the alternate route is attached for your convenience.
Beginning the following Monday, March 9, demolition will begin on the courtyard side of Building 1. During this phase:
• The Building 1 grand staircase will be closed.
• Guests will need to use the road-side walkway to access the beach and pool areas.
The project is scheduled for completion by April 1, pending weather conditions or any unforeseen delays. We will continue to provide updates should the timeline change.

Beautiful condo with gorgeous ocean view and about a 2 minute walk over the dunes to the beach. Condo was very well appointed and immaculate! Property management people were outstanding. Best experience we've ever had on HHI.

Location is great, pools are beautiful! Enjoyed being able to walk or bike to several places. Only downside is the living room furniture and beds are very uncomfortable. The queen beds are extremely firm- I’m sure some would like that but it made for sleepless nights for us. Would gladly stay again if the beds and couch are updated.

Nice place. 1st floor location was great for access to garage, pools, and beach. The Villamare location within Palmetto Dunes is also great. Only small issue was the noise level from washer and dryer combo which we used frequently.

The location was fantastic! Easy to get to other places on the island. The view of the pool, hot tub snd ocean was perfect. The only issue we are complaining about is what was NOT cleaned..The first complaint is the opened condom wrapper in the side drawer. Under the tv stand in the living room was ball and puzzle pieces. The biggest complaint was the fridge and freezer. WE replaced the baking soda boxes in both as they smelled like fish. We even had to pitch some of the food as they ended up tasting like fish. We did leave the extra waters we had for the local food banks. ppiecesunderstandlivbigdge and freezer. WE threw away

Everything in unit was as described. It is in a very good location as close as you can get to the beach. House was clean and beach towels were provided. We were there during a tropical storm and there was some leaking around to sliding doors in both bedrooms.

Loved the place and area. Only issue was my fault in not responding to emails before so I missed on getting the bikes and beach chairs. I reached out on Monday which was holiday and the text I got said to call the next day and they would figure out how we could redeem it. When I did the person was rude and just pointed out that they did what they were obligated to, and there was no chance of them helping me. Again, it was my fault but there was zero effort to help cover my Mistake which they could have done. Overall though we loved the place and areas.

Everything was great about the property. Location of unit very close to the pool and the beach. Pictures don't give enough credence to ocean views on balcony even from 1st floor (which was very convenient for my elderly mom).

Last minute getaway with friend. We had a fabulous time in a wonderful unit. The condo location was great, just a few feet to elevator/and or steps to the beach or pool. The condo was fully equipped with everything you need. Would definitely rent this unit again.

Spent 2 months here and it was great! The condo was as described. The kitchen was the most well-equipped kitchen we have ever seen! Loved the location and convivence to grocery shopping & restaurants. The only con would be the sofa is very worn and uncomfortable. Looking forward to coming back next year.

The location of our rental was perfect! We loved having the walkway to the beach so close. The restaurants, marina and shops were also nearby. The condo was well stocked with cookware and other household items. The management company was very responsive and enjoyable to work with. We truly enjoyed our stay.
