This villa is a beautifully renovated and welcoming 2 bedroom, 2 bath, second floor, bright, end unit with lagoon and pool views. It’s the perfect place to stay for your Hilton Head Island getaway! The Colonnade Club complex is located within the gated community of the Shipyard Resort and is close to the beach. This villa is located directly across the street from the paved beach path which is an easy 10 minute walk along a shaded pathway to the Shipyard Beach Club where you will enjoy access to bike racks, outdoor showers, and restrooms with a boardwalk out to the ocean.

The kitchen (remodeled in 2025) is fully stocked and features quartz countertops and beautiful soft close cabinets, pull out drawers, and stainless steel appliances. The laundry room is at the back of the kitchen with a full-size washer and dryer. The large high-top dining room table that seats 6 provides for a perfect gathering spot for meals. The living room is equipped with a 55" LG flat screen TV, a comfortable sectional sofa, and sliding glass doors that lead out to your private covered balcony – a great spot to relax and enjoy the coastal breeze with seating for 6 and stunning lagoon and pool views. For your added convenience and use, on your private balcony you will also find an Electric Weber Grill.

The master bedroom is furnished with a king bed, a 40" flat screen TV, and a newly renovated private en-suite with double sinks and a beautiful walk-in shower with glass doors. As well, the master includes a spacious desk and office chair perfectly situated next to the 2 large windows overlooking the lagoon – the perfect spot to take care of business while still spending time with the family in Hilton Head. In the guest bedroom, you will find a bunk bed with a queen on the bottom and a twin on top, a 32" flat screen TV, and a newly renovated adjacent private bath with a tub/shower combo. Beach Towels & Beach Chairs are included in every Hilton Head Rentals professionally managed property.

You may even spot a deer or an alligator along your journey.

Dual access to Shipyard on Highway 278 and Pope Avenue makes Shipyard one of the most convenient locations on the island. Coligny Plaza, a major hub on the island, is less than one mile away, and there is easy access to restaurants, stores, banks, movie theaters, a local hardware store, and the post office. Food lovers will appreciate that exceptional, locally owned restaurants are within 1-10 miles.

Sports enthusiasts can book court time at the Van der Meer Tennis Center or take in a round of golf on any of the three courses within Shipyard.

Lovely property in Hilton Head

We really enjoyed our stay at this property at Colonnade Club in Hilton Head. It was very clean and had everything you could possibly need. Nicely renovated throughout! Very close to the pool and a short walk or drive to the beach. Can't wait to come back!

Clean and Spacious

We really enjoyed our stay. Everything we needed was supplied. The rental was clean, spacious and had a nice floor plan. 10 min walk to the beach and a wagon, chairs and umbrella were provided. Bonus! Pool is nearby. This is an upper unit, so there are stairs, but we didn’t have a problem with that. We would rent again.

Hilton Head 1st timers

Our vacation at 174 Colonnade was wonderful despite the unfortunate rain we had for 3-4 days. The condo is very spacious and worked out well for my family of four, two adults and two children ages 12 and 17. The kitchen is well stocked with a good amount of cooking utensils. I did let the rental company know that the toaster was finicky and although it was a four slice, it only worked to make two at a time. The beds were very comfortable. Starter bath/handsoap is provided along with bath towels for both bathrooms, plus dish towels and rack for kitchen. The laundry room is fantastic as well. The balcony overlooking the pool was great for our morning coffee. The pool and hot tub were a big hit for us in the late evening. The beach path is just steps away from 174 and it is canopied with trees and about a 10-15 minute leisurely walk to the beach. The beach is very clean, provides showers and bathrooms. We also took advantage of the beach essentials that 174 provided such as a beach wagon, chairs, boogie boards but the umbrella was somewhat flimsy and we decided not to use it. Make sure to check out Harbour Town and a day trip to Savannah is a must. We cannot wait to go back again.
